[Sugar-devel] temporary bug workaround: prebuilt hulahop .debs available for ubuntu 9 i386 architecture

 there's a bug been reported from various sources about the
 sugar-hulahop .debs for ubuntu, which successfully build but don't
 actually install, indicating that whoever built them for ubuntu didn't
 actually bother to ... install them.

 michael has discovered that simply doing autoreconf is sufficient to
 fix the problem.
