I've updated the slides at those URLs so that the final bits of the
presentation make more sense, even if you're not watching a live demo
as you read them.

Thanks for all the screencast suggestions; recordmydesktop has won my
patronage.  I've got to go paint some walls and assemble ikea
furniture right now, but expect a screencast tomorrow.
