[sugar] csound version

Hello,

  can one of the TamTam or Csound hackers tell me which version of 
csound is necessary to get Tam Tam to build and the level of 
functionality that is on the XO on a Linux box. It looks to me that 
csound 4 as packaged in Debian and Ubuntu is not enough to build TamTam.
