I've uploaded a fix to the sugarteam PPA, so Sugar does launch now.
Unfortunately support for showing the access points in Neighborhood
View is only partially working. I suspect that it is to do with the
permissions in /etc/dbus-1/system.d/NetworkManager.conf because NM is
on the system bus.
