[sugar] Could not initialize video capture device (VIDIOCGMBUF)

Hi all,

I'm working to port helix producerSDK (video/audio capture, editing, encoding) 
to python so it can be used in an activity. ?I've gotten enough of the api 
ported to capture video/audio on my desktop. ? 

Audio capture works on the XO but video does not.  I get an error about 
VIDIOCGMBUF:
