[sugar] TamTam translations

Hello,

This is to inform that the TamTam activities have been split into 3
applications, see this ticket : https://dev.laptop.org/ticket/3521

There is a po directory within each activity sub-directory on git.  This means
the  translations will need to be re-done for each new activity (though the
strings are still the same so it will merely ne copy-pasting stuff)
