[sugar] PIL, HippoCanvas, PyGTK

Hi, I was wondering if PIL can be included in Sugar, because when developing
some drawing programs in PyGTK, there is a big lack of functions and modules
to manipulate images, for example, a "fill_area" function.
If PIL cannot be included, have HippoCanvas got a "fill" function?
