MStone added this as ACTIVITY_ROOT

Seeing as we need to ask developers to start making use of it, we should be
sure to be happy with the decision.

SUGAR_ACTIVITY_ROOT versus ACTIVITY_ROOT ... Thoughts, oh wise ones?
