[sugar] stroking svgs

Hello

When using cairo and rsvg to display an svg, such as stock-buddy.svg, how do
you stroke and fill the svg with different colors?

I am assuming this is what you are doing to make the multicolor buddies and
icons in sugar.  Is this right?

My naive attempts were to set colors in my cairo context before and/or after
calling msvg.render_cairo( ctx ), but to no avail.
