[sugar] ImportError: No module named IconColor

Hi,
a) Someone had this error already? Happened after a fresh git pull on 
Debian i386.

./sugar-jhbuild run
Running the installed sugar...

b) Are root privilegies needed for the build? Did an installation by 
hand from source/artwork to get over that error.
