[Marketing] [Systems] Potential Page for Uploading Content

Sorry, I've been offline this week-end and I'm terribly behind on
processing my email.

I don't know out of my head a web application that would fit these
requirements exactly. We could build something on top of the wiki, but
it wouldn't be as easy to use as something specialized for the purpose.

I'll do some research, suggestions welcome.
