Christian Sean,

Can you go to http://www.google.com/grants/new/index.html and click on
'Apply today by completing our online application form'.

Can you help by filling out the two sections:

Please provide a sample of an ad you might run through Google Grants.

Please provide a list of keyword / keyword combinations that you feel
are relevant to your organization.

and return them by email to the list?  The rest of the form is
organizational stuff.  Those look like the important questions.
