[IAEP] Scratch Movie to YouTube or Vimeo... anyone know How to do it?

Hi Folks...
Some of us are taking a class with Stanford's Venture Lab program. Our final project is due tomorrow. We have run into a small snag.
Luis Galindo has made us a cute little promo video in Scratch. But, we have to submit it as You Tube or Vimeo. Any ideas about a quick and easy way to do this? Time is short.
