[IAEP] GHOP for Sugar Labs

In the past, Google has held a program similar to GSoC known as
GHOP<http://code.google.com/opensource/ghop/2007-8/>,
or the Google Highly Open Participation contest.

Unlike GSoC, it is more limited in the projects that can enter, but projects
are not limited in number of slots, as things are broken down into "tasks",
which can usually be completed quickly. It is also open to high school
students.

Can we ask our GSoC contacts if we would be able to enter the 2009-10
program<http://groups.google.com/group/ghop-discuss/browse_thread/thread/6fd119e7eb8280a1>
