[IAEP] Local Labs for Mexico

Hi...

Some of the best guides for using Sugar Software were written in Mexico. While they are not as up-to-date as the wonderful ones we recently got from Peru, they do cover some of the Activities that no one else discusses in detail (e.g. parts of the TamTam suite). 

The guide was produced by Carlos Slim''s foundation. Here is the link in case you haven't seen it:

It would be really great if these guides could be updated and translated into target languages. Perhaps a Sugar Lab in Mexico could do the updates and then others could contribute the localizations.
