Indeed.  I volunteer Carol :).

Now that that's out of the way, can anyone summarize any security
considerations?  Otherwise...

...as alreay suggested, sending a user-entered freeform email to an
@sugarlabs.org or @laptop.org mailing list seems simplest,
future-proof way to allow people to send feedback and recipients to
process it.

I'm all for Log-activity-enhancement but there might be more security
concerns with those data, so it might be best to keep that discussion
separate.
