[IAEP] Wiki: main page cleanup

Hello,

today I cleaned up a bit our main page, pushing some less important
information to specific pages.  But there's still a lot more work to do.

A few things I hope someone else will do:

1) important links should also be made bigger, more prominent and
easier to find

2) Sugar's description could also be made shorter or moved somewhere else

3) If we really care to have a tidier front page, we should really
move that whopping grid of activity icons to a separate Activities
page.  In its place, we could have a (clickable) screenshot of the
home view?

4) The pages About and Sugar_Labs could use merging.

5) There's some duplication and confusion between Community/Resources,
Community/Contacts, Sugar_Labs/Contacts and Sugar_Labs/Resources.
