 It would be good if users were alerted in some way that they were creating
 an Activity with limited backwards compatibility. I presume this is also
 an issue with gtk3.

 Maybe the dropdown list should read:

 gtk2
 gtk3 (Sugar 0.xx and above)
 web  (Sugar 0.100 and above)
