 Still on OS24. Maybe not a bug but this seems new behaviour. Browse seems
 to be consuming a lot of cpu time when in the background on some websites.
 When viewing the Journal the frame can take up to 2 seconds to respond to
 the cursor in the corner and another 2 seconds to animate.

 Go to the Journal, activate the frame by putting the cursor in the corner
