 1. Draw something in Paint-44/OLPC 13.1.0 os2.
  2. Use the selection tool to highlight a region, and the Edit menu to
 copy it.
  3. Nothing will be copied to Sugar's clipboard.

 Other programs (such as Write) still seem to be able to use Sugar's
 clipboard, so I suspect something is wrong with Paint.
