 Working on ImageViewer I found that touch gestures are not recognized by
 SugarGestures when a ScrolledWindow is showing its scrollbars.

 If I try to make a gesture inside a ScrolledWindow, the window starts
 scrolling over the image instead of recognizing my gesture.
