 I'm using resolution 1024x768.

 Because of the small space between the scrollbars and the edges of the
 screen, you can't just move the cursor to the right or bottom until it
 hits the edge, and then click to move the scroll bar. You have to look at
 and hit exactly on the scrollbar.
