 On dextrose-2, we have pulse installed but don't have gst plugin for that,
 ie, `gst-inspect pulsemixer` is empty.
 That needs to be installed, otherwise all gst activities can't sound with
 pulse ones (like TamTam) on XO-1 that doesn't have hw mixer.
