 os373pyg/Firefox application is Sugar and Gnome.
 The layout.css.dpi default setting of "-1"  results in a too big layout
 and fonts. A setting of "96" fixes that issue.
 Is trivial but all the F11 XO builds from the beginning suffer from this
 and no one ever "fixed" it
