 Just retested on an XO-1 running the latest xo-rawhide (20090528) from
 cjb, and the battery Sugar UI state is still static and unchanging during
 charging, discharging, battery removal, battery insert. FWIW: The battery
 state is correctly reported at boot up, but fails to update there after.
