Comment:

 Shutdown works on soas2-20090503.vmdk, but not if a console is open with
 another user as reported in  ticket:246.

 I am closing this as a duplicate, but if you find that ticket:246 does not
 address the problem you observed, please feel free to reopen this ticket
 and add additional information to follow up on the problem.
