 When using Sugar on a small screen -- for example on a JumPC - first gen
 classmate 800x480 -- some values in the control panel are not reachable.

 Example
 1 - open control panel
 2 - go to 'network'
 3 - tryto edit the 'collaboration' setting. The "collaboration" title is
 on the border of the screen, there are no scroll bars, and tabbing didn't
 work either.

 This is on Soas beta1.
