 Right now, if you remove the jabber server setting, Sugar will switch from
 attempting to use Gabble to Salut.

 This should work via a switch, or automagically.

 One automagic way could be

 1 - Check whether there's a loca xmpp service via DNS-SD. The XS or any
 other XMPP server can provide said DNS-SD data.

 2 - Attempt to use jabber.sugarlabs.org

 3 - Fallback to Salut

 Even when #2 works, it might be worthwhile to have a UI to switch to Salut
 for a local group of users.
