 Browse right now has a progress bar it displays once download is
 progressing. Before the progress bar appears there can be a significant
 lag, during which the user wonders "did I click on that link/button or
 not?".

 On 0.82 the cursor changed when busy to have a "rotating arrow" animation.
 This is gone on 0.84
