 Might be good to add to an xinitrc.d file...I'm trying this out in my
 soas-devxo branch:

 cat > /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/000-source-sugar-debug-settings.sh <<EOF
 if [ -f ~/.sugar/debug ]; then
    . ~/.sugar/debug
 fi
 EOF

 (not sure about the tilde-expansion but we'll see...)
