"Create an easy-to-use interface that fits naturally into Sugar activities."

That is about the only place in your proposal where I see any mention of
the user experience. (Well, you also propose to do some UX testing very
late in your timeline.) It is really hard to assess what you actually plan
to do without some elaboration on the UX.
