[Sugar-devel] Hello World

Hi guys,

I am an aspiring operating system developer and was fascinated by the OLPC
(One Laptop Per Child) mission of Sugarlabs.
I want to contribute to SugarOS via GSoC18'.
I have used SugarOS for quite some time and it is really very user-friendly.

I request all the senior and experienced fellow developers to help me, give
my bit to Sugarlabs.
