= Testcases =

#7546

Launch an activity from the journal. The launcher should de displayed
and disappear when the activity start. Close the activity, you should be
back in the journal.

#5664

Select from text from a web page in Browse, Ctrl-C, right
click on the new clipboard entry, select 'Keep', go to journal, resume
the new entry that has been created. Check that the text appears in the
new activity.

#7385

Switch to the home level, check that <Ctrl>1 switches to the favorites
view and <Ctrl>2 to the activities list.

#7249

Boot, notice the order of the icons in the bottom side of the frame.
Reboot, check if the order is the same.

#7510

open the control panel and enter a nick name in the about_me section.
Then cancel 'x' the operation. open the about_me section again. The nick
name should not have changed.

As a second test please try to set a non-ascii nickname using the
command line interface e.g.

sugar-control-panel -s nick ni?o

No error should occur and after restarting sugar the nickname should be
displayed correctly in the UI.

#7071

On the activity list, right click on an activity icon and select the
Erase option. Check that a non-modal alert appears below the toolbar.
Test that both buttons work correctly. Repeat in the favorites view.

#4208

Inspect battery icon when battery is at 85%. It should not be "full".

#7430

Change the favorites layout, reboot, check that the preference has been
preserved. Check that at every point the correct icon is show in the
Favorites button.

#7434

Start: both checkboxes should be disabled. The machine should never
"idle suspend" with a dimmed screen, even when left alone for many
minutes.
Check "automatic power management" and wait one minute. The screen
should dim and the power light should blink slowly. Moving the mouse or
touching a key should wake up the system and undim the screen.
Uncheck "automatic power management" and wait one minute. The machine
should not dim or suspend.
Check "automatic power management" again. Make sure you are associated
with a network (keyhole LED constant on, access light blinking). Check
"extreme power management". Both lights should immediately dim, and
running "ifconfig" should not show an "eth0" device. The wireless is now
disabled. The system should dim and suspend after one minute.
Resume, and uncheck "extreme power management". After five seconds or
so, the lights should start blinking again, and you should be able to
reconnect to and use the network.
