4.  got wiki.sugarlabs.org working by upgrading the Apache
configuration module for the PHP FPM upgrade

    a2disconf php7.4-fpm
    a2enconf php8.1-fpm
    systemctl reload apache2

Key to this was error.log referencing older release;

[Fri Jan 24 21:15:43.433201 2025] [proxy:error] [pid 897354] (2)No such file or directory: AH02454: FCGI: attempt to connect to Unix domain socket /run/php/php7.4-fpm.sock (*) failed
