[Systems] Import sugar-logos for SoaS

Thank you James for restarting the git.sugarlabs.org database.

Now with plymouth restored to the SoaS build,

We should import sugar-logos from
http://git.sugarlabs.org/projects/sugar-logos

to
https://github.com/sugarlabs

Then we have to update
https://packages.fedoraproject.org/pkgs/sugar-logos/sugar-logos/
with the new upstream.
