[Systems] Mail Delivery System of ASLO failure

Hi Everyone,

I just noticed the mail delivery system of ASLO failed as some people were
trying to create accounts, the mail delivery system of pootle seem to not
be working too as my student has been trying to register but never receives
a confirmation email.
