My guess is the docker instance wasn't running.

freedom:/srv/containers/org.sugarlabs.www-rebuilder
https://github.com/sugarlabs-infra/www-rebuilder

On freedom, I've just done this;

freedom:~# docker start org.sugarlabs.www-rebuilder
org.sugarlabs.www-rebuilder
freedom:~# 

However, the commit hasn't appeared on the site.  I'm not sure what's
wrong and don't have the tools to diagnose.
