[Systems] Reset Expired LDAP Password

It's not working for me and I've also tried running
ldappasswd -H ldap://127.0.0.1 -x -D
"uid=ibiamchihurumnaya,ou=People,dc=sugarlabs,dc=org" -W -A -S
after entering the necessary fields I get this error,
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49).
I'm sure of both passwords.
