[Systems] Reset Expired LDAP Password

An anonymous donor has explained how to generate a password and how to
use ldapvi.

I've changed Ibiam's password.

I've tested https://ldap.sugarlabs.org/passwd and it does not work; it
says "Wrong username or password."

I've sent the new password to Ibiam encrypted.
