[Systems] translate.sugarlabs.org trusty security updates and reboot

I've just applied all pending security updates to
translate.sugarlabs.org, rebooted, and tested over HTTPS.

The virtual machine is "pootle" on the system "justice", and is
running Ubuntu 14.04 Trusty.

It had not been updated since 2016, and there were several relevant
updates for the purpose the virtual machine has.
