Thomas reported "Permission denied" on SSH.

Reproduced using my own key.  Reproduced using sshd -ddd -p N.

Fixed by renaming /home/tgilliard to /home/Tgillard so that it would
match the entry in LDAP.  Also fixed by chmod +x /home/Tgillard/.ssh

I don't know how it happened, but mentioning in case it happens to
anyone else.
