[Systems] Error while trying to add my alias

I've investigated logs, though not knowing exactly when you tried this
made it difficult.

It would appear the problem is the same as Ibiam experienced on or
around 4th October that we discussed on systems@

I think our LDAP system is broken and it needs an expert to fix it.  I
don't know what else to do to fix it.

You will have to wait until someone is available.  Meanwhile use your
own gmail.com account.  Sorry about that!
