[Systems] Can someone remove sugarlabs-vote

Hi. That list was a mistake (we never used it, lets be honest), and now we
are getting spammed, apparently someone is trying to subscribe using "
email+random at gmail.com".
So I was wondering if someone could remove or disable the subscription of
the list (I couldn't find the option in the settings)
