[Systems] Clients trying to update records in paraguayeduca.org

Hey Roberto,

any idea why these IPs are trying to modify the paraguayeduca.org zone
on lightwave? I'm seeing hundreds of these errors in our logs.

One of the IPs resolves to http://biblioteca.paraguayeduca.org/
