[Systems] Help needed; activities.sugarlabs.org releases jammed

What worked just now was to use Epiphany 3.6.1 from Fedora 18, and not
copy and paste release notes.

I don't know yet which of these two actions fixed it.

I'll gather more information next time I've an activity release to make.
