That's a useless deflection. I second Samson's question; what is
verify.sugarlabs.org used for, and will it be used for the voting
process?

Why is it not documented in the Wiki along with the other services?

The "Currency assurance policy" is a purge of members who do not read
mail, or have changed their mail address.

I ask the committee to consider if the purge is actually necessary.
The purge takes volunteer time that could otherwise be used for
development or systems administration. The purge removes members only
because they can't keep answering mail. The purge generates new
member applications, which also takes volunteer time for responding to
the applications.

Failure to answer mail doesn't seem to be a good enough reason to
disenfranchise, or make Sugar Labs appear smaller.

I make no motion; that's up to a committee member. Be explicit and
clear. Don't just say "what James said".
