[Systems] Request to add 3 members to Members and Election Committee alias

G'day Hrishi,

Laura's question was lost in translation, perhaps.

Another way to phrase the question; "are you receiving mail which is
addressed to the alias members at sugarlabs.org?"  Your answer should be
either "yes", or "not yet, when was the last one?"
