Are you using the postfix submission port on sunjammer?

smtp.sugarlabs.org:587

Have you a SASL password set for your sunjammer account?  An
administrator must have run this command and sent you a password;

saslpasswd2 -c samsongoddy

Unfortunately my account is not privileged, or I'd have run
sasldblistusers2 to check the secured user list /etc/sasldb2 has an
entry for you.
