Ibiam, thanks for reporting this.

1.  you can ignore it, these are likely spam that will be
automatically delete it, be concerned only if the messages are from
people you are familiar with in the project.

2.  it is caused by the sugarlabs-announce@ mailing list administrator
being set to members at sugarlabs.org, as can be seen here;

3.  if the committee does not want to administer the list, then ask
systems@ to redirect the setting to someone else.
