Okay, thanks for testing.  For me, the "Upload File" button can be
pressed, the "Version Created" response appears, but the new version
is not in the "Versions and Files" list.  Attached screenshots.

Also not in the "Pending Updates" of the "Editor Tools" view.

Logs will be important; can I get access please?

Best guess is full disk, or read-only db.

Or map out the code path in the web app; which I'll do if I can't get
access to the logs.
